The Clickety Clacks in this boss fight do not immediately revive, and must instead wait for Clutch to revive them. After enough damage is dealt, Clutch is ejected from the Clickety Clack and is stunned for a few seconds, after which Clutch revives any fallen Clickety Clacks to repeat the cycle. The possessed Clickety Clack will chase Isaac aggressively, shooting volleys of three bones when Isaac is lined up with it.
